Comprehensive T&C

Sterling Circle is a pre-bought holiday plan that provides its purchaser with 8 nights of holidays across designated Sterling resorts for a period of 1 year. The product operates under the terms and conditions as set out below.

Definitions

SHRL refers to Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd. which owns and operates various resorts, hotels and retreats across India.
Sterling Circle , is a holiday plan offered by SHRL, referred to as SC.
Customer is a natural person who purchases or is a co-applicant to the SC product.
Room: Room shall refer to base category room of the particular resort (Classic Room or equivalent category room).
SC Card refers to the Sterling Circle Card which is an e-card and physical card that shall be sent to the Customer’s registered email id and registered address, respectively, to avail the benefits of SC product at SHRL.
Resorts refers to specific SHRL resorts that are open to be used by SC product for availing holidays and other benefits of SC product.
Sterling Entities, refers to SHRL and all of its divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries and related parties.
Administrative charges: Administrative charges equate to 10% of the cost of the product purchased.

Inclusions

Stay: 8 Nights of Stay in a Classic Room (or equivalent base category room) for 2 Adults and 1 Child (below 12 years) with a minimum stay of 2 nights and a validity of 1 year from date of activation.
Breakfast and Lunch or Dinner are included as part of the product for the days of stay using the SC product. The same will be as per buffet or fixed-menu as applicable on that particular day in that particular resort.
15% Discount on all other Food & Beverages on ala carte orders in the restaurant consumed during the stay using the SC product.
You shall be entitled for One SPA Service free against each spa Service availed on payment at the resort while staying using the SC product. The free SPA service will be subject to terms and conditions as applicable in the particular resort and will be for a value equal or lower to the value of the paid Service availed by the customer. At any point in time, the SPA service whose value is higher shall be billed.
Upgrade from Classic Room (or equivalent base category room) to the next higher category of room, at the time of check-in is subject to availability and the difference will be charged as per the resort’s individual standard policy and applicable rates and taxes.
Extra child (below 12) / adult, will be accepted and charged as per the resort’s individual standard policy and applicable rates and taxes. Such additional person shall be accommodated only after prior approval in writing obtained from the company.

Exclusions

The SC product cannot be used to take holidays from December 20 th to January 2nd .
Offers provided under SC product cannot be clubbed with any other offers.

General

Validity: The SC product is valid for 1 year from the date of activation. Activation will be done within 7 working days from the date of completion of the purchase process of the SC product and the realization of the payment of 100% of the product value. Activation will be intimated via email to the customer’s registered email id. Any unutilized nights at the end of the validity period will automatically lapse.
Bookings can be made at any time up to 24 hours before the stay. Booking confirmation will be subject to availability against allocated rooms at each resort for the SC product. Sterling reserves the right to cap the maximum number of room nights that can be used using SC product during certain seasons and resorts from time to time. Any booking can be done for a minimum of 2 nights. At any event, if a customer has one day as balance in his holiday account, the same will not be usable and will lapse at the end of the term of the product.
Cancellation of reservations can be made up to 72 hours before the stay and the cancelled days will be recredited to customer’s account. For cancellations made within 72 hours and for no-shows, the cancelled days will not be recredited.
SC product can be used to only book 1 room at any time across all SHRL resorts. The SC product or reservations made using SC product cannot be gifted / sold. The customer / spouse must be part of the stay party.

Cancellation of SC Product

Customer can cancel the SC product within 7 days from date of payment of SC product and will be reimbursed the payment made, less administrative charges amounting to 10% of the product cost.
Cancellation of product after 7 days:
- If the Customer requests for cancellation anytime after 7 days, after utilising or availed holidays using SC product (even only partial holidays have been utilised), such customer is not entitled for cancellation and refund.
- In any event, the customer has not utilised any holidays, and opts for cancellation of product after 7 days, the customer can write to [email protected] for cancellations and such cancellation will amount to retention of 60% of the product cost by SHRL and refund 40% ofthe product cost to the customer.
It is mandatory to produce Government approved photo ID at the time of check-in for all the occupants of the room.
Specific House rules apply at the particular resort, and the customer and his stay party will have to follow all House rules during the stay.
The SC product is non-transferrable. The holiday confirmation voucher will be provided only in the name of the applicant or Co- applicant.
The customer hereby agrees and authorizes all Sterling Entities to access the customer’s basic data / contact details such as i.e. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address for the purpose of communication regards SC product and offers.
