Sterling Circle is a pre-bought holiday plan that provides its purchaser with 8 / 5 nights of holidays across designated Sterling resorts for a period of 1 year. The product operates under the terms and conditions as set out below.
1. What is Sterling Circle ?
Sterling Circle is a pre-bought FIT product that has been launched by Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd. and provides its purchaser with 8 / 5 nights of holidays across Sterling resorts that can be utilized over a period of 1 Year.
2. How many days of holidays can I enjoy with Sterling Circle ?
Sterling Circle provides you with 2 product options: 8 nights of holidays to be enjoyed on multiple breaks over 1 year; 5 nights of holidays to be enjoyed on multiple breaks over 1 year. You can purchase the option that suits your holiday habits.
3. When can I start taking holidays using Sterling Circle ?
You can start taking holidays once your Sterling Circle product is activated. Activation will be done within 7 working days from the date of realization of your payment towards 100% of the Sterling Circle Product. Activation will be intimated through an email to your registered email address.
4. What is the room type that I will be able to book?
Sterling Circle provides you with 8 / 5 Nights of Stay in a Classic Room (or equivalent base category room) in Sterling resorts. This will provide accommodation for 2 Adults and a Child below 12 years.
5. What if I would like to take an additional child / adult with me?
Provided the Classic Room (or equivalent base category room) in that particular resort has the capacity, you can take an additional child / adult by paying the relevant charges per night that may vary from resort to resort and time to time.
Subject to availability, you can also upgrade yourself to a superior room by paying an upgrade charge that may vary from resort to resort and time to time. You can stay as 2 Adults + 1 child (below 5) or take an extra child / adult, by paying the relevant charges, and provided the room has the capacity to take the extra person.
6. Is food included in the Sterling Circle product?
The product includes Breakfast and Lunch (or Dinner) for 2 Adults and 1 Child below the age of 12 years, for 8 / 5 nights, when using holidays at the Sterling resort, using the Sterling Circle product. For any other food & beverages ordered a-la carte at the restaurant, you can enjoy a 15% discount on the same.
7. Can I take all 8 / 5 nights together in 1 shot?
You can take anywhere from a minimum of 2 nights to the maximum 8 / 5 nights in 1 shot itself. However, booking is subject to availability.
8. What happens if I have a balance of 1 night left – can I take a 1-night holiday?
No. The minimum stay is 2 nights. If 1-night is remaining as balance, the same will lapse at the end of the term of the product. Please ensure you use up all balance days when making your last holiday booking using the Sterling Circle product.
9. What happens if I do not use the nights or have some balance nights left at the end of the 1-year period?
Any nights left in balance at the end of the 1-year period will automatically lapse and cannot be claimed after the end of the period.
10. What is the booking window?
You can request for bookings anytime up to 24 hours before check-in.
11. What happens if I request a holiday and I do not get the booking?
You can enter the dates of your holiday and request a booking. The system will provide you with multiple resort options providing you a wide choice. Holidays are subject to availability and remember that you cannot use this product to book holidays between 20th December to 2nd January.
12. Can I cancel a reservation?
You can cancel a reservation anytime up to 72 hours before check-in and the cancelled days will be re-credited to your account. Re-credited days need to be used up in the same 1-year product validity period. For cancellations made within 72 hours and for no-shows, the cancelled days will not be re-credited.
13. Can I use the product to book multiple rooms?
No. The product is designed for you to take holidays with your immediate family. At any point of time, you can only book 1 room using your Sterling Circle product.
For any additional rooms, you can book the same at prevailing rates on the Sterling website, subject to availability.
14. Can I gift my room nights to someone else?
No. You can purchase the Sterling Circle product on your name or you can jointly purchase the product with your spouse. Either you, or your spouse need to be part of the stay party at the resort when using Sterling Circle to take a holiday.
15. Why am I not able to use the Sterling Circle product to take holidays from 20th December to 2nd January?
The Sterling Circle product has been designed with these dates blacked out since the said dates are a premium period sold at higher price which cannot be accommodated within the cost of this product.
16. Can I use the Sterling Circle nights and pay a difference to take holidays during the black-out dates?
No. You will have to purchase nights at prevailing rates on the Sterling website to holiday during the black-out dates. (You can book the holiday using https://www.sterlingholidays.com/bookings) You cannot combine Sterling Circle or any other product / offer to take holidays during the black-out dates.
17. I have been given a free meal voucher to be used in Sterling. Can I use that voucher while taking a holiday with Sterling Circle ?
No. Only the offers provided under the Sterling Circle product can only be used when taking holidays under Sterling Circle . Any other offers cannot be combined with the offers under Sterling Circle .
18. How can I purchase the Sterling Circle product?
You can easily purchase the Sterling Circle product online. Click on the “Buy Now” button on the web page – you will be directed to a purchase portal. Choose the option that you want to purchase (8 nights / 5 nights). You will have to enter the details of your name, email id and mobile number. You can also add your spouse’s name and address – these are optional. Click on “Buy Now” and make the payment for the product. That’s it. You will immediately receive a confirmation email on your registered email id. Within 7 working days, you will receive the e-kit that will include the following:

20. How can I check the balance nights that I have on my Sterling Circle product?
You can check all details about your Sterling Circle product, including the number of room nights consumed and the balance in the following steps:

8 Nights of stay in a base category room of the particular resort (Classic Room or equivalent category room) for 2 Adults and 1 Child (below 12 years) with a validity of 1 year from the date of activation.
Meals Included
Breakfast and Lunch / Dinner are included as part of the product for the days of stay using the SC product. The same will be as per buffet / fixed-menu as applicable on that particular day in that particular resort.
Activation Details
Activation will be done within 7 working days from the date of completion of the purchase process of the Sterling Circle (SC) product and the realization of the payment of 100% of the product value. Once the Sterling Circle product is activated, the customer will receive the e-card/virtual card on their registered email id and then can start making booking using the product. Rooms are subject to availability as per allocation done for this product only.
Any booking can be done for a minimum of 2 nights.
Upgrade to the next higher category of room, at the time of check-in, is subject to availability, will be charged as per the resort’s individual standard policy and applicable rates and taxes.
The SC product cannot be used to take holidays from December 20th to January 2nd.
Offers provided under SC product cannot be clubbed with any other offers.

Cancellation of SC Product
The Sterling Circle product is non-transferrable. Applicant name cannot be altered once entered and payment is made.
Either the Applicant or the Co-Applicant need to be part of the travel party while availing a holiday using Sterling Circle . Add a Co-Applicant here in case you would like him / her to avail a holiday in your absence. Co-Applicant name cannot be altered once entered and payment is made.
